Refund policy
As matcha is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of opened pouches for health and safety reasons.
If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. If your matcha arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, email us at hello@matchaflow.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The pouch must be unopened and in its original condition. Email us first to start a return.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
