These terms apply to your use of matchaflow.com.au and any purchase you make from MatchaFlow. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products. We sell matcha for everyday use and enjoyment. Our products are food, not medicine. We make no medical claims, and nothing on our site is intended as health advice.

Orders and pricing. Prices are in Australian dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Returns. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are covered in our Subscription Policy.

Your information. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, MatchaFlow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
